This was so yummy that I had to share it with you. I made it up..... so no link to a recipe page. Here are some great nutritional facts on the ingredients for this pudding enjoy

Banana is great for Blood Pressure:  high in potassium yet low in salt, making it the perfect food for helping to beat blood  pressure. Its official it reduces the risk of blood pressure and stroke
Cashew nuts have significant sources of iron (essential for red blood cell function and enzyme activity), magnesium (promotes energy release and bone growth), phosphorus (builds bones and teeth), zinc (essential to digestion and metabolism) and selenium (has important antioxidant properties, thus protecting the body from cancer).
Dates are great are a rich source of vitamins One reason why fresh or dried dates should be a part of your daily diet is because of the variety of vitamins that are present in this fruit. Dried dates contain Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Thiamin, Niacin and Riboflavin.
Cocao Nibs brilliant food just 1oz of cocoa nibs contains 130 calories, 13 grams of fat, 10 grams of carbohydrates and 3 grams of protein. They are a one of the best dietary sources of magnesium as well as a good source of calcium, iron, copper, zinc and potassium.
Cocoa nibs contain 272 milligrams of magnesium per 100 grams. Magnesium is an important mineral that many people are known to be deficient in. Magnesium plays a major role in nerve and muscle function, bone strength and circulation. It cannot be produced by the body, and therefore, must be obtained through food sources or supplements. Studies show that cocoa nibs have higher antioxidant levels than blueberries, red wine and green tea. The antioxidants in cocoa nibs are also more stable than in other foods and are easy for the body to assimilate.
